Sabra baked hummus & spinach dip was a Labor Day recipe on the top of the hummus section at my local Safeway.
Did I have interest on the recipe because the handout was in the shape of a football? Maybe.
Did I think there was a deal saving coupon in the football handout? Maybe.
Was there? No.
Was this dip good? Absolutely!

- 16oz container Sabra Hummus.
- 2 cups fresh spinach.
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar.
- 2 tsp. Creole seasoning or Italian seasoning.
Preheat oven to 375F. Chop Spinach into fine shreds. Combine hummus, spinach, half of the cheese, and seasoning in a small casserole dish (about 9X9 inches). Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cheese should be melted and hummus hot. Serve with tortilla chips.
