Cold Sesame Noodle Salad was a refreshing easy dinner to make. Katie and I both enjoyed this meal and feel we could enjoy it hot or cold! Next time we will definitely add less garlic and possibly add a little sugar to balance out the salty soy sauce and fish sauce. Also makes great leftover lunches for the next day! Enjoy!

Gluten Free Substitutions —> Always check the ingredients of any product you purchase! We used Kikkoman’s Gluten-Free Soy Sauce and Thai Kitchen Fish Sauce. Rice noodles can be tricky and we recommend to never assume they are gluten free rice noodles!
