The past month has been filled with busy work schedules, weddings and holiday planning! Katie and I have consistently posted for Dam Good Food for almost a year now and we couldn’t be happier with what we have accomplished. Dam Good Food has been viewed on all 6 occupied continents and we have a glimmer of hope for those stationed on Antarctica they will get the message to check us out! I watched a documentary on Netflix about those living on Antarctica for science so I know it’s possible! Jokes aside, this blog is a hobby for my love and I. We enjoy cooking and sharing what we’ve created, but we also have 9-5 jobs and don’t like to view Dam Good Food as a second job.
Last night we made honey garlic ginger shrimp over rice for dinner and man was it good! Only 5 ingredients make an affordable tasty meal easy to make after a long day at work. I highly recommend getting your skillet nice and hot over medium heat so you can get the caramelized flavors of this dish!
