One of my favorite parts of the holidays is finding the perfect dip to share before the big meal. Smoked salmon dip peeked Katie’s interest more than mine, but I’m happily surprised with what she created. Each flavor of this dip perfectly balances the next. It’s fluffy in texture, not too fishy and not too spicy from the jalapeno. I would prefer more jalapeno the next time we make this, but Katie greatly disagrees. You all may remember how much of a wimp she is when it comes to spice. The dip tastes great with rice crackers or a bagel.
