How stereotypical right? Katie and I love this Spicy California Shrimp Stack! Easy to make with a lot of prep work in the beginning. The original creator of this recipe (see link below), gave the great tip of forming the stack inside a 1c measuring cup.
One of my own helpful tips is to remember to always have wet clean hands when handling sticky rice! I was worried the rice would be too sticky and it would be a mess when I tried to turn it upside down, but it slipped right out and stayed intact. Katie and I also used our store bought Siracha Mayo, but the link below has a great make your own recipe. Enjoy!
