It is officially cold in sunny Sacramento, CA and anything warm sounds delicious. This Tilapia Stew caught Katie and me by surprise because we were not expecting to love it as much! The flavor was intense and the coconut milk was a perfect addition. Next time, and there will be a next time, we are going to dice up the bell peppers in smaller chunks but other than that this recipe is perfect!
