Do you ever get bored, go to the grocery store, buy 2 sweet potatoes, go home and make sweet potato fries with a sriracha soy sauce dipping sauce? Well, this is something Katie and I do on the regular. Cooking is my hobby and photography is my profession. It’s nice when I can have full expression and just make something without a recipe that sounds good and simple. Not much more to say! Hope you all enjoy!
Sweet Potato Fries with Sriracha Soy Sauce Dipping Sauce
2 peeled sweet potatoes cut into strips
1 tablespoon cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste
shaved parmesan and dried parsley for topping
1/2 cup mayo
1-2 teaspoon soy sauce ( Kikkoman Gluten Free Soy Sauce)
1-2 teaspoon sriracha – depending on how spicy you want it
Toss peeled and cut sweet potatoes in cornstarch. Deep fry for 8-10 min until crispy. Immediately after frying, toss the potatoes with shaved parmesan, salt, pepper, and parsley.
For the sauce, mix all ingredients together and serve.
