So I was browsing on Pinterest (Yes, I use Pinterest to find recipes! Proud of it!) and saw a recipe for Hawaiian Pulled Pork Pizza. If I could have reached out into my computer and grabbed it I would have! The recipe I found is in two parts, one for the pulled pork and the other for the pizza. The creator of the recipe was very smart to show what to do with the leftovers too!

I loved the Pizza however I wasn’t a big fan of the pulled pork recipe and sauce. The recipe was titled Hawaiian Pulled Pork but the only Hawaiian ingredient I could find was pineapples. The sauce actually reminded Katie and me of a tangy thin southern BBQ sauce. Other than the lack of Hawaiian flavor I would say the recipe was a success!

Gluten free substitutions – We used the Udi’s Pizza Crust for the pizza. The BBQ Sauce required Soy Sauce and Worcestershire sauce. We used Kikkoman Gluten Free Soy Sauce and a gluten free Worcestershire. Always check the ingredients of Worcestershire sauce!
