Honey Walnut Shrimp! Need I say more? Okay fine I will, it was delicious. Shrimp is the main seafood component to my household diet so I jumped at the chance to make this classic dish. I was a little nervous about overcooking the shrimp since it’s easy to do but our mini deep fryer once again came through with great results. I will say, the sauce to toss the shrimp in was interesting…definitely not healthy or appetizing to the eye while making but, once added to the shrimp I erased my memory and enjoyed every bite.

I’ve always said how impressed I am with Katie and her abilities to turn a classic dish with wheat and turn it into a delicious gluten free meal. You honestly wouldn’t be able to tell a difference between the two. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see what ingredients Katie used to substitute flour, etc.
