Katie and I are notorious for having our wine and cheese nights, but this time I was wanting something a little more creative. A while ago Katie and I made a few large Cheese Balls for her family on Fathers day so we thought we would give bite size ones a try. We doctored one cheese ball into goat cheese that was rolled in poppy seeds and cranberries.
We did have some leftover bacon and cheddar balls so I smashed it flat and made a quesadilla with the leftovers. I can be clever sometimes.
