A couple of months ago Katie and I made crab cakes and they were delicious but crazy expensive. On tonight’s menu we make Tuna Patties with a Spicy Dijon Aioli. It turns out tuna patties are as easy as making a burger. Luckily we had most of the ingredients so they turned out to be a budget friendly meal. We chose an aioli recipe from a separate tuna patty recipe because the recipe seemed to require more ingredients than we had in our pantry. Also tartar sauce is gross. – Devin
