After a long day of work I came home starving. I made what I like to call Leftover Burger, meaning I added everything and anything from my fridge into these delicious burgers.

I started out by cooking three strips of bacon till they were nice and crispy. Then I seasoned the ground beef with half a package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dips mix, cayenne pepper, chili powder, pepper and salt. Once the spices were mixed with the ground beef I then added bacon and feta cheese to the mix and made four hamburger patties. Cook each patty to your desired pink/burnt color. Add the rest of the ingredients and build the best burger you can make!

(makes four 1/4 pound patties)

  • 1lb of Ground Beef
  • 3 stripsĀ of bacon
  • 1/8 of a cup of Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 a package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dips mix
  • Chili Powder
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Ingredients below are per burger

  • 1 slice of Colby-Jack Cheese
  • 1 slice of Pepper Jack Cheese
  • Red Onion
  • Lettuce
  • Sriracha Mayo
  • Spicy Mustard
  • Guacamole – I made my famous Guac but you can easily buy yours remade from the store.
