Alight, this recipe surprised me and I’m still craving to try it again. Stuffed Avocados with Cilantro Cream Sauce definitely had a lot to steps to it but I think it’s worth it in the end. Tastes like a taco but without the tortilla; like a fiesta in your mouth. The original recipe calls for garlic but what they don’t mention is that the garlic is only for flavoring the olive oil. I say ditch the garlic or don’t burn it like they suggest and use it in the recipe. I also cut lines like a grid in the avocados before adding chicken and sauce because I felt the sauce incorporated throughout the dish and it was easier to eat.
