If there is one food item that will bring Katie to pure joy it’s corn on a stick. Every summer I get to hear her constant desire to find street corn. She literally only goes to a county or state fair for the promise of corn on the stick and a gallon of strawberry lemonade.
Today we made three varieties of corn; Mexican Street Corn, Toasted Sesame Corn, and Chili Lime Parmesan.

2 Tablespoons of Mayo
1 Teaspoon of Sour Cream
Half a lime (or more)
1 Teaspoon of chili powder
Shredded Parmesan cheese
Chopped up Cilantro
